Flaneur Magazine launches in Berlin!

Last week saw the successful launch of the new issue of Flaneur magazine in Berlin - with iZettle. Yay! We were excited to play a part in the launch event, giving those who attended one less thing to worry about when they reached in their pockets and realised they’d rocked up cashless, wanting to buy the mag. It’s clear that Ricarda Messner, who founded the independent magazine, was aware of this, as “an issue costs 15 euros, so the possibility to pay by card is perfect. Hardly anyone keeps cash in their pocket anymore.”

Flaneur demonstrates a cultural concept, in that it presents one street per issue, embracing their complexity through the layers and fragments of nature, combined with a narrative approach. It creates a meaningful correlation between places, stories, people and things that aren’t always related. The first issue dealt with the Kant Strasse in Berlin and for this latest issue, the young creatives spent two months in Montreal, Canada to truly capture the small, intimate details and present their story. 

We’re looking forward to the next issue already!
