Problems creating an account
There can be a few reasons why a registration might be denied. Some of the more common ones are:
- The account signatory information does not match the information in the credit check
- The address provided does not match the address in the credit check
- We always make a unique risk assessment for each new business including a credit check. Information obtained in this assessment might prevent us from creating your account.
In case you have tried to register a charity unsuccessfully, then please contact us and we will perform a manual risk assessment.
