Using Zettle with your PayPal Business account?
If you're using Zettle with your PayPal Business account, connecting your bank account and receiving funds differs from what is described in this article. You can read more on PayPal.com/help.

Connecting bank accounts

In order for us to make deposits to you, you must first connect your bank account to your Zettle account. To do this, simply follow the instructions below: 

  1. On a web browser, sign in to your account on my.zettle.com
  2. Go to Account & Settings and then Bank details 
  3. Enter your bank account details and click Save 
  4. Check your inbox for an email from us.
    Follow the instructions and click the link to verify your bank account details. 
  5. The process will only be complete once you have confirmed the details in the email.
Good to know:
- A bank account can only be registered on Zettle once. Should you have more than one Zettle account, you will need to connect a different bank account to each.  
- The bank account and the business you register with Zettle must be located in the same country  
- For most companies the bank account must be registered in the company or director’s name.  
- For limited companies, the bank account you connect must be in the name of the company.

Changing bank accounts

To edit your bank account details, simply follow the instructions below: 

  1. On a web browser, sign in to your account on my.zettle.com
  2. Go to Account & Settings and then Bank details
  3. Click on Change bank account and confirm that you want to go ahead with the change
  4. Fill in your new bank details and click Save
  5. Check your inbox for an email from us.
    Follow the instructions and click the link to verify your bank account details
  6. The process will only be complete once you have confirmed the details in the email.
