  • Click Settings (the cog icon).
  • Select Printers from the left-hand menu. A screen appears displaying your connected printers. If your printers do not show, select Search For Printers.

Trouble locating your printers?
If you cannot locate the printer you want to use, the following error message appears:

  • Navigate to the Networking section.
  • Ensure you are connected to the default network and click Set current wifi network as default to ensure the app has your current wifi saved.
  • Check that the default network is the same as the one the printers are connected to. If not, change the network the iPad is connected to so that it matches. To do this, go to the native iPad settings and alter it there. Once everything matches, you should be online.
