Changing your iZettle Pro password

You can no longer purchase iZettle Pro for Hospitality, instead you can read about our new service iZettle Food & Drink here.


It’s easy to change the password set on your iZettle Pro account. 

To change your iZettle Pro password:

  1. Log into your Backoffice web portal with your iZettle Pro username and the password you want to change. 
  2. Select My Profile from the left-hand menu. 
  3. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  4. In the Change Password section, enter your password details and click Save to update your details.
