2021

The extended card reader warranty discontinued in March 2021
The extended card reader warranty service, previously included in the Go PLUS plan, was discontinued on 31st of March 2021.

Changes to the Zettle E-commerce product in March/April 2021
From the 1st of April 2021, the E-commerce subscription is no longer an offering at Zettle.

Changes to the availability of the Go PLUS pricing plan in 2021 
From January 2021, Go PLUS is removed as a plan and split into separate subscriptions. The card reader warranty service will be discontinued by March 31, 2021.

2020

The 0 fee offer valid between 01.08.2020 - 30.08.2020
Our free card transactions offer was subject to our T&Cs. Offer was available up to £5000. After the offer period, normal fees applied. Offer did not apply to Zettle Pro and Zettle Go PLUS subscription fees, nor to Zettle Advance lending fees.

Changes to the availability of Zettle Pro for hospitality in September 2020
You can no longer sign up for Zettle Pro for Hospitality.

Changes to our Go PLUS plan on February 11th 2020
From February 11th 2020, we are no longer accepting new registrations for Zettle Go PLUS.

2019

Changes to our Go PLUS plan on October 29th, 2019 
Customers who signed up for Go PLUS before October 29th, 2019, receive access to Zettle E-commerce, a warranty on their card reader and premium support. 
Customers who sign up for Go PLUS after October 29th, 2019, will no longer receive a warranty on their card reader and premium support.

2017

Changes to our pricing plan on September 6th, 2017
What am I paying today? 
You are either on a fixed pricing plan with a 1.75% card transaction rate, or a variable pricing plan, meaning that each month your card transaction fee starts at 2.75% and drops depending on how much you sell. To find out more about your fees, please visit my.zettle.com.
