It goes without saying that the last few months have been far from business as usual. And in the face of an unpredictable, unique situation, we’ve been blown away by how our community has met the challenge. We’ve seen you adapt quickly and innovatively – and we’re working hard to live up to your example.

Our response

Supporting our community is our number one priority. Over the past few months we’ve been working hard to help you deal with the challenges you've faced.

And now, to lighten the load as you continue to recover, we will also be switching off transaction fees1. For both new and existing users, this fee freeze will be valid on up to 5,000 GBP on both in-store and online transactions.

For existing users, the offer will kick in automatically from the 1st August 2020 until the 30th August – there’s no need to apply. For new users who sign up before 1st September 2020, this offer will run for 30 days from their sign up date. For terms and conditions, click here.
