Updating account details

As an e-money institution, we need to know who our users are. Because of this it’s important that you keep the details on your iZettle account up to date. If any information has changed since you first registered your account, you need to update it.

Below you will find how to proceed depending on what you need to update. 
 

If you have a business account

You need to keep the following details up to date:

1.
-    Company name (i.e. the name you’re trading under)
-    Company address (i.e. the address where your business is located)
-    Phone number
-    Website

To update these details, simply sign in to your account at izettle.com click on your name in the top menu and select ”Settings” > ”Account settings”. 

2.
-    Legal name
-    Legal address
-    Legal representative

To update these details, send us a copy of your official registration document from Brønnøysundsregistret to help@izettle.com.

3.
-    Ownership structure
-    Annual turnover 
-    Average transaction value
-    Main use of iZettle (fixed or temporary location)
-    If you have a seasonal business

To update these details, send an email to help@izettle.com. No supporting documents are needed to update these details.
 

If you have a private account*

You need to keep the following details up to date:

1.
-    Address shown on your receipt
-    Phone number shown on your receipt

To update these details, simply sign in to your account at izettle.com click on your name in the top menu and select ”Settings” > ”Account settings”. 

2.
-    Legal name
-    Legal address

To update these details, send us a copy of your ID card and bank statement to help.no@izettle.com.

*The option to register for individual iZettle accounts has been removed in March 2017. The following applies to existing users
