Why are you special? What do you offer that nobody else has? It does not need to be really unique as long as you make it yours and could be anything from the greatest customer service to the coolest pizza boxes or the best home-baked vanilla cupcakes. Just make it known to everyone. And be proud of it too.
Choose pricing and discounts strategy
A picture says more than 1000 words? The price of your product does too. Consider what it costs you, what value your potential customer would put on it – and how it’s positioned by possible competitors.
Get out there
In the end, running a business is all about getting and keeping good customers. That’s why you always need to be out there, meeting new people, scouting for possible customers and could-be partners.
