Below gives a brief explanation of the nature of each report available through the backoffice.
Sales By Hour
This gives a breakdown of the amount taken, per hour, on any day since trading began with intelligentPOS.
Sales By Terminal
This report gives a summary of money taken, during a specified date range, split between terminals.
Provides a detailed list of all the transactions which have been put through the system, including 'Abandons',
'Deletions' and 'No Sales'
Provides details on the number of transactions that have been taken in the day.
Average Transaction Values
Provides a breakdown of the average value of transactions for all days of trade.
Provides a detailed list of all incidents of wasting an item through displaying reason / terminal it was actioned on / date of waste / user ID.
Consolidated Waste Report
Provides details on the total number of wasted products over a set date range. Information included value at cost / value at retail.
Sales By Category
Shows the amount of takings for each Category during a specified date range.
Sales By Department
Shows the amount of takings for each department, if any, during a specified date range.
Sales By User
Shows the amount of takings by user, i.e. which staff member has put through which order, during a specified date range.
Cash / Card Split
Gives an overview of the amount taken, on a specified date range, separated into a cash value and a card value.
Cash / Card Split By Day
Shows details of the cash/card split for each terminal, on each day for the current month.
Provides the user with a list of the best selling products and a figure for the amount earned / units sold.
Provides the user with a list of the products with the figures attached on units sold / net revenue / gross profit.
Tax By Period
Calculates the amount of tax from sales within a specified date range.
Paid Out Report
Details all paid out requests that have been actioned.
Allows you to set which time, if any, you would like to receive a nightly email report with a breakdown of the day's trading.
