Problems creating an account

There can be a number of reasons why a registration is denied. Some of the more common ones are:

* The account signatory information does not match the information in the credit check
*  The address provided does not match the address in the credit check
* We always makes a unique risk assessment for each new business including a credit check. Information obtained in this assessment might prevent us from creating your account.
 
If you have tried to register a charity unsuccessfully, then please send us an email to help.dk@izettle.com and we will make a manual risk assessment.
