Customising receipt information

You can customise the information that is shown on your receipt, such as your contact details, opening hours and so on.

To change what information is shown on your receipt, sign in to your account at izettle.com, go to ”Settings” and select ”Receipt information”.
 

Please note that the information you change under ”Receipt information” applies only to your receipt. I.e. if you add another email address on your receipt, it does not affect the email address you use to sign in to your iZettle account. 

Business accounts can change the following receipt information:
- Name 
- Email address 
- Phone number 
- Address
- City
- Zip code
- Free text field: here you can add information about your business, such as opening hours, return policy etc.
- Website 

If you have a private account*, you can change the following receipt information:
- Email address 
- Phone number 
- Address
- City
- Zip code

*The option to register for individual iZettle accounts has been removed in March 2017. The following applies to existing users​
